Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Prepare and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
